I didn't know that the panic of this movie had started to subsid as real news reports about the hoax spread in this real world. On this article, the FCC called the program "regrettable," and then the rumors spread that the government would punish CBS for airing the broadcast. Also, H.G. Wells was angry that his novel ha been misused, and he threatened to sue. Welles and his production group denied that they had planned the hoax and claimed they had had no intention of creating the panic. Then the broadcast made Welles an international sensation, and he will be remembered for this demonstration of the power of the media, forever.
Before the article on my blog, I said "we have to judge whether the information is correct, or not." But I cannot say anything, because the broadcast caused the panic in the past. In my opinion, the broadcast or media have exaggerated or make a fuss in the world. The reason why they have done that is that they can gain a lot of money, I think. So this problem isn't just in America. In Japan, there are such problems. And then I want the people of the broadcast or media to tell us correct information, in additon, don't want them to cause some big problem.

Media will be change all the time, I think. We can see history of media power. I cannot judge about the media forever.
